When we started in 1988, remanufacturing a toner cartridge consisted of simply dumping the old toner out of the waste chamber and pouring new toner into the toner supply hopper.
Of course that was then and this is now. The multi-billion dollar toner cartridge remanufacturing industry has become quite complex. Unfortunately, many people still think it's just that simple.
All LaserTone compatible toner cartridges are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. All worn parts such as drums, blades, mag sleeves, primary charge rollers and RF chips are discarded and replaced with new. The cartridge is then reassembled and packaged after passing our stringent quality control standards.
