Can A Compatible Toner Cartridge Void A Warranty?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Using a compatible or remanufactured inkjet or toner cartridge will not and can not void the manufacturer's warranty. It is extremely illegal for a manufacturer or a service center to prevent you from using products from other sources than the original manufacturer. Similarly, it would be illegal for a car dealership to say that they will void the warranty on your new car if you don't use only Mobil gasoline.
Don't be bullied! If your service center tries to tell you compatible or remanufactured consumables will void your warranty, ask them to put it in writing. They won't due to the three acts in the links to the left.
Additionally, in the 20+ years we've been providing compatible toner cartridges, we've never actually seen one physically break a machine.
You are the consumer, and you always have a choice. It's the law!
